Why not get a P5K-SE or something. Unless you need integrated graphics that is. If so, then maybe look into the P5K-V or P5K-VM or P5KPL-VM. All new motherboards with support for the next-gen Intel CPUs (45nm).

Double posting isn't going to get a reply any faster...

Double post............ come on :p

Anyway, the answer to your question is Asus P5N-E. Why? Because I owned it and it totally blows other mobo away (for its price) ;)

Actually here in Canada, the P5K (not SE or anything) is basically the same price as the P5N-E SLI.

With the P5N-E you basically have to do cooling modifications to it and people have various memory compatibility issues. So I wouldn't really recommend it to somebody new to building computers. You have to have some experience to use the board and "fix" it.

Well said jdrom ;)

And yeah, if the P5K had minor price differences compared to P5N-E, then get the P5K. Intel P35 generates less heat then the nForce 6, and are generally good overclocker :D
