3DMark05 & 06 Not starting up...

Hi ladies and gents. I have recently finished building my computer. I have installed XP and all the drivers. I have also overclocked the system and tested for stability. SO... I decided to do a Benchmark, but these programs keep on freezin on the flash startup. I have got the original 3DMark06 from the retailer and I have downloaded 05, but both freezes..

Can someone please shed some light on the situation.

Do they work without the overclock ?

ya, i've had to back down some overclocks before to get 3dmark to launch, even just a couple mhz might be all it needs

down the clocks or up the volts??
