Norton Antivirus 2007 issues

Well, this has been occuring for quite some time, think after the first day I installed it. I get MS ASN1 Integer Overflow TCP and MSRPC SrcSvc NetApi Buffer Overflow (2) intrusion attemps all the time. Norton says they were blocked. Sure that's great, but there's no way for me to stop the allerts from popping up every damn minute. Anyone had this problem? Oh and I switched from NOD32 just because it felt like it wasn't up to date anymore.

Dump Norton and go with Zone Alarm Security Suite ... that's what I did and I haven't had any problems since ... I hate Norton ... It's those nagging problems that take forever to figure out that made me throw it in the trash can. Sorry you're having problems with it, but ZA is way better ... and more user friendly as well!
