Usually, there's some sort of lagging in videos. I don't know what's causing it either, which is just why I'm so frustrated!
I've tried closing background applications and sometimes it does the trick, but sometimes it does NOT.
Sometimes when Windows boots, it works fine (even with all apps running in the background) and others it does NOT.
Copying the files to another hard drive does NOT work.
I usually use Hibernate instead of shutting down the computer, though. I'm using XP Professional.
Does anyone know what to do or try, because it's frustrating and usually only applies to video!
I'm not sure if Firefox can actually be the culprit, but I'll find out in just a moment. The browser is still having CPU spikes due to troublesome extensions, but it's so hard to know WHICH extension causes problems! >_<
I believe Firefox IS causing problems. Well, if I have anymore trouble, I'll keep you informed.
