Does anyone else have the Asus P5n-E SLI? If so, what would you recommend for replacing the stock intel cooler with? This mobo has this fat passive heatsink on the northbridge, so i'm not sure what will fit.

Thermalright HR-05 Chipset Cooler (http://www.thermalright.com/a_page/main_product_hr05_ifx.htm) would fit nicely

There's lots of clearance around the motherboard northbridge, so there should be practically no problem with third-party heatsink coolers

No no no he's asking about a CPU cooler that will fit that mobo without hitting the stock chipset cooler. According to jdrom17 the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 fits that mobo. The bottom fins have to be bent a little bit he says, but its running in his old man's rig with the P5N-E.

That it does. If you can afford it, you could get a tower-like cooler. ThermalRight stuff comes to mind, my Noctua one isn't that bad either.
