I'm trying to do one simple thing. Change my cell phone number.
But NO!
I call and have to push 2,743 buttons and finally get ApU on the line. That went over well.
Couldnt understand a dam word.
Then he transfers me to someone else for my issue, once again, yes, another accent. It sound like he was outside in 75 degrees below zero weather shaking and talking jibberish at the same time.
Again, no communication.
Then on to another person with absolutley no business attempting the English language. Completely butchered up. yada yada WTF did you say???

Dammit, I still have the same number. 25 mins with this cell phone pressed against my head and I got nothing accomplished.:curse:

I'm just going to go to an AT&T store in person and have it done. Good God!!

Yeah, for this sort of matter i'd go to the store personally........ at least, you'd go to the store, you will get a receipt or some printed matter........ black and white help you if they did a stupid mistake and dragged you into that problem :p
