a guy is coming this morning to pick it up...i'm gonna try to convince him to buy the CPU as well...hopefully NCIX processes my order today then i'll have my CPU and RAM by tomorrow, and i can spend the weekend overclocking and benchmarking...oh yeah, jdrom...i have a C2D now :p thanks to your persuasion...
Welcome to the club, cranswick :D
And, actually, it aint that hard to sell computer stuff...... little bit of marketing skill, persuasion, and sometime, honest lie, you could sell the stuff easily

i put it in a local ad, and told them straight up that i've had the mobo to 400mhz HTT, and there was lots of overclocking options...i also said that it outperforms the DFI lanparty NF4 SLi-DR in gaming, which if you check out the PCstats review of the Chaintech VNF4 Ultra, it does!! It was actually the best mobo i've ever used...it was dirt cheap, about $110 CAD when i bought it, and a later BIOS revision fixed the 240mhz HTT cap that was mentioned in a lot of the reviews...
*edit*
LOL!! i had all my old kit on my dining table, so when the guy came for the mobo, he saw the OCZ platinums and the CPU...he bought the RAM, and i could tell he wanted the CPU but didn't have the cash on him...is 40$ a good price for the CPU?? it comes with a HSF...

$40 seems fair for your X2 3800+ I guess. I'd even go for higher, but that's your choice.
Hopefully your NCIX order gets shipped, mine hasn't yet :(

I would.
I just sold my 8800GT and 5600+ to a so called technician at Circuit City. I just left from there.
I was tearing down my pc last night and ended up with sad news.
I cant find my Mobo's drivers CD .:( :curse:
I looked everywhere. Any other time it was right under my nose. Thats the only thing to I couldnt find.:bball:
Guess I could keep it as a momento.

that's one thing i always have on hand...my driver discs never leave my CD book, and my games go back in their cases when i'm done...sometimes i lose track of the CD book though :o
i also gave the guy an FDD cable, IDE cable, and a SATA cable...and don't forget the manual and I/O back plate....shyt, i forgot to give the guy the damn manual!!! the front panel connectors aren't labelled on the PCB!!! LOL!! i gotta send him an email...

I have ALL that stuff, Manual, cables I/O plate. I have to tear up the house tonight to find it.
Funny thing is , it WAS in my CD case. And for some reason it magically disappeared.
