The 2nd cheapest X38 board Ive found other than the DFI.

The BIOS appears to be much more user-friendly than the DFI , which has a frightening BIOS. Not for the novice overcloker.

To me, the cheaper one has better cooling. The NB heatsink is massive on the cheap one and tiny on the more expensive one...

As I've said before!! PICK ONE!! :p

Any board you buy with a X38 chipset will be a better board than what you have now.. Just buy one, learn how to overclock it and enjoy it :)
