Here's my plan:

1. Mount the radiator on the back with the barbs at the top. Drill holes near the top of the case to allow the tubes to pass through into the radiator.
2. Mount the reservoir in my top drive bay, but upside down so that the hole on the "top" of it is facing down wards. Use the male-male fitting to connect the pump.
3. Drill a hole in the top MP3 player tray or whatever you want to call it. Mount the fillport and plumb it into one of the inlet/outlet bards on the reservoir.

Well it's pretty much complete now. All that's left is to vinyl dye another set of P12s and mount them on the rad for push/pull. I also still need my Petra's order which has my clamps and fan grills. Not sure if I really need clamps though since it ran all night without leaks, and now I'm using my PC.

1. Radiator tubing holes:

2. Reservoir mount with pump attached:

3. Fill port mounted in top tray:

And one extra thing I did:

1. Modified PCI slot cover to allow the fan cables to pass through:

Now just some overall/feature shots:

1. D-TEK FuZion v2:

Looking sweet JD ... I am in Washington visiting my step kids. My son-in-law is a nuclear submariner in the US Navy and built his own water-cooled rig out of pieces and parts from that were discarded from several subs. A little overkill, but it gets the job done.

I will be working on my water-cooled rig when I get back in about a week and a half. Till then, have fun and no leakage ... ;)

Here's some nighttime shots:

And the longest exposure my camera could do:

Oh and Comixion, it'd probably be even easier in the 1200 since you have a ton more space to work with.

JD, you ever going to hook up a waterblock for your GPU?

Yeah once I get a new GPU (probably 4850/4870) I'm going to get a full cover block for it with an acrylic top and stick some UV lights in the bottom of my case. That'll complete the "look" IMO.

That probably works horribly as no air is going THROUGH the fins.

Well, that's a Redneck's way of doing it! :p

How do you think AK is able to OC as high as he does? His window doesn;t stay open for no reason.;)

Saw your post over at XS too jd, very clean & nice work! That D-tek rev.2 is looking great! What are your temps?

Well depends on which program I use to read them with. But on average it seems like a 5C drop over my TRUE under load. Idle temps are basically the same.

About 50C by RealTemp, 60C by CoreTemp. Depends on my room temp as well of course.

Plus I'm going to run push/pull on the rad soon too. And I've yet to fiddle with the FuZion mounting.

Well the reason mine works well is that my fans are pulling air from the open window through the fins on my Noctua and the ambient temps are very low to begin with. In addition, the IFX-10 CPU backplate is also pulling the cooler outside air through the fins. It's simple, yet effective.

I tried that fan thing with my side panel removed and it didn't do much but stir the dust around!! :D
