Like seriously. I ordered this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999171) mother f*cking fan controller on Monday and paid EXTRA for 3 day guaranteed shipping to make sure I get it before the holidays and my god damn tracking still says

This happened to me once, paid extra for 2-day shipping and they got it too me in 3 days. Called UPS up on the 2nd day and the guy tried to BS me and told me it was the time zones. Screw that, there is not a 1 day time difference between california and florida. But they won't do anything about it. They pretty much do whatever they want.

The thing is newegg shipped my stuff on Monday, so its not newegg its UPS. I mean it's still at the newegg facility, but according to them the order has been "shipped" for a while, so I'm guessing UPS hasn't picked it up yet.
