    Talking internet connections...

    what does everyone have and what do they roughly pay a month?

    i'll start.... 256k upload and a 512k download £23 a month (static ip..)

    anyone else care to share?

    i got a constant ip, 39.99 a month and 3 megs a sec download (aldo i've seen it go up to 3.5-3.8 megs) as for upload, i've never uploaded to anyone with a very fast connection before, but fastest it's been so far is about 500k

    those are speeds i can only dream about!!

    where could we go for speed tests? rough idea for me really.. i get a maximum of a 60k/sec download.. about 30k/sec upload.. im in the uk by the way!

    I've got a 1.5 Mb down, and about 300 up. I think it's $50 a month, but not sure. It's split between 2 computers right now, but can go up to four.

    dam, wtf is up with the uploads!!?? ahahh mine suxxors! I'm with COMCAST cable in Los Angeles (big city) so d/l is only 3mb+ and u/l is 175k (suxxors cuz they cap it). I pay $59.95 a month. Living in L.A just costs too dang much!! But its the price i pay for having a blast here, eheh

    tell me about it - when it comes to the internet in the uk we get fcuked up the ass!! i have 1.5mbit d/l and 300u/l and that costs me a rip off £38.99/month. (~$70US)
