I just built the PC listed in my sig but I cannot get the internet to work?? I don't know what is wrong the dsl connection is plugged in to the router and a ethernet from the router is plugged into the PC. Is there a problem with the mobo lan slot or what??? HELP PLEASE.

Did you do a fresh install of Windows? Are the LAN drivers installed? Is the NIC enabled in the BIOS? Is the NIC detected in the Device Manager. When you plug the Cat5 cable into the NIC, do the NIC lights light up?

yes i did a fresh install...and having trouble with the lan drivers and then the where do i enable that in the bios. and yes the light is light

do you see any exclamation marks in the device manager?...try installing a updated driver yet? (er...use anohter comp to dl it i suppose...) or go wireless like me
i think it's under something like integrated peripherals or onboard devices or something like that in the bios...not too sure about your mobo tho..
