    $15 on 512MB
    $20 on 1GB
    best prices (free ground shipping) I've seen so far have been eCost**********.

    $31.00 for 512MB
    $56.96 for 1GB after rebate.
    Check out the rebate paperwork prior to purchasing elsewhere though, as Lexar has a short list of merchants they will accept receipts from (Newegg & Dell are also on their)
