I tryed downloading it but after waiting for 3 hours in a line I just thought stuff it, its only gonna be buggy as hell and nowhere to play it, Battlefeild 2 is bad enough with its damn crashing problems.

yea you have to have a fileplanet account.

my opinion of the beta is that is BF2 with a Futuristic mask, it runs of the same engine as bf2, but the beta seems less buggy than bf2

ive got it and played it a bit

its ok...decent.,...different for sure

after a few crash to desktop issues, i just loaded back up bf2....

its just different...neat....ill have to give it some more playtime this weekend hopefully, and not get fed up with it that i switch back to playing bf2

different as in the future, ok thats expected...

newer weapons, the whole classes thing is like 4 different classes instead of the 7 im used to....the whole persistant player building and being able to tweak out ur player with diff abilities and skills and weapons as your characetre progresses is neat

but yea ive maybe only played an hour to two of it...laggy servers, crashing, issues...yea its frustrating and i just jump back into bf2

btw is it me, or did the new patch in bf2 totally **** up the cone of cire and spray of bullets....i wasnt able to hit **** last nite, and i know i was lighting em up *frustrating!*

I am also curious about the game. I think it will be fun like all the BF games have been as far as online play goes. But I am sort of disappointed when I heard it was going to be the same gaming engine. I hope they have something for the future with newer graphics.

I played the demo that came out of Friday and it runs much better than BF2. I keep "losing my connection to the server" though. It's very frustrating and almost makes it not worth playing at all.
