Default Exporting email messages to a new computer

Ok, I just set up my new computer, and now I want to configure my dad's email. I have all the addresses transferred, but is there anyway to export the messages in his inbox from the old computer to the new one? I don't want to have to foreward the messages to my email then foreward them back. Any help would be great. Oh, this is outlook express 6 on both computers.

Hey Ed!

I'm not sure where the files are stored in a Win9x enviroment, but with Win2k/XP you can find your outlook express files in Documents and Settings -> the identity you want to back up -> Local Sttings -> Identities.

Move that to the new computer, place it in the same spot and you should be set.
