Default Runtime Error
Since reformatting, I am now getting this error box between web pages. Although I can continue surfing

"A Runtime error has occured"
"Do you want to debug?"

"Line: 1"
"Error: Invalid characters"

Whats dis?

BTW: this is my work computer. Win2Kpro using IE
