Format Errr....yeah well....
Have you tried add/remove programs? if not yank it out forcibly. Or is it's a plug in...remove it through the internet properties.
I'm sure you've done all this though Except the format part

i kinda don't know what xupiter is but it comes up as a page when u typed in the wrong address and then it pops up lots of ads, im not gonna format

download ad-aware and spybot and they will kill xupiter. I did some reaserch into it, it's basically spyware but passes itself off as asearch engine
